Energy follows thought, sound is vibration, vibration is energy, everything vibrates.

This is my preferred healing modality where possible.
The combination of energy work and intentionally focused vocal and instrumental sound make this a powerful experience, whether from an individual healing perspective or from a meditational standpoint in the case of a group sound journey.
